In the unlikely event of an accident, theft, breakdown, defacement, etc., requiring vehicle repair, inspection, cleaning, etc., and resulting in business suspension (as the car cannot be rented) during that period, you will be responsible for the following charges (tax-exempt), regardless of the damage amount and repair duration
- If the rental car is returned to the scheduled store in a drivable condition: JP¥20,000
- If the rental car is not able to be driven or the rental car is not returned to the scheduled store: JP¥50,000
- If you enroll in the NOC compensation system, you will be exempt from paying the above NOC burden - What is not included in the compensation system
Tire puncture repair and tire replacement costs, lost or damaged hubcaps, cigarette burns (including stains inside the car), lost keys (including the cost of the spare key and travel expenses, etc.), damaged external antenna, brake damage due to forgetting to release the handbrake, dead battery due to customer error, etc
