- A transfer service surcharge of THB 700 per trip per car (max. 4 passengers) applies to Lipa Noi, Leam Sor, Phangka, and Taling Ngam; fees are to be paid in cash directly to the driver
- For the transfer service, book at least 1 day in advance via a KKday message or WhatsApp: +66-97-190-8999; otherwise, the transfer cannot be provided
- If your preferred time slot is fully booked, the staff will recommend an alternative time slot
- Your appointment will be shortened if you arrive late without notice and will be canceled if you are more than 15 minutes late
