Tour guide never arrived and Pelago was not helpful at all - did not contact me to let me know that no one was coming even after I kept logging onto their “live chat” every 5 minutes to request update. They did not apologise that I was waiting in hotel lobby for hours for a no show. I am still waiting to hear from them the next day confirming what happened or a refund. We flew all the way to this city for nothing and our 2 days here got wasted.
