Guests are required to check in at the booking office 60-minutes before the departure of their booked train.
Check-in at the booking office closes 30 minutes before the train departs. It is your responsibility to arrive at the station on time.

For self-drive visitors, there is parking located at each of our stations. More information about our stations and parking can be found here.
The Metro (electric train) is located only a 2-minute walk from the Puffing Billy Railway Belgrave Station. Visitors can travel from Melbourne CBD on the Belgrave line to Belgrave Station (approx. 70 minutes), and then follow the signs to the Puffing Billy Platform.
