Chef Lat's classes teach you 4 traditional Thai recipes plus make coconut cream & Thai curry pastes as well as complimentary herbal drinks & dessert. All mostly picked fresh from our vast micro organic farm where we grow over 70 types of fruit, veg & herbs. As our produce is grown mostly onsite recipes are kept to ‘Thai favourites’ ensuring you a Thai culinary, chemical free adventure !
