Highlights
#Go Ride a Wave's Lorne learn to surf on the Great Ocean Road is ideal for surf lessons.
It has a fantastic flat beach and gentle waves, with a safety rating from Surf Life Saving Victoria of 5/10. This makes it a very safe beach because higher values are more dangerous. Our surf school specialises in daily beginner surf lessons. In addition, group and private lessons are available on request. We conduct all our surfing lessons in waist deep water, to keep it safe for beginners.
Lessons include a full length Quiksilver wetsuit and a soft beginner surfboard with 2 hours of quality instruction and fun. All that customers need to bring with them are bathers and a towel. We provide sunscreen and we lock personal items in our trailer while you are surfing.
**Cost**
The Surf Experience - $79 (1 X 2 Hour Lesson)
The Surf Course - $215 (3 X 2 Hour Lessons)

##Meeting Locations
During Dec/Jan School Holidays
Meet at our trailer which is on the grass, next to the Lorne Surf Life Saving Club carpark. (left side as you enter car park)
At all other times
Meet at the beach end of Grove Road
in the HAH Café on the beach side of the swimming pool.
If you are early grab a coffee or something to eat.

Lorne is a lovely sheltered coastal town which is 2 hours drive by car from Melbourne.
**Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your surf lesson**

Cancellation policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or enquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
