Key points:
- Rotorua Ziplines run every day, except Christmas Day
- Trip times are 9am, 12pm Zipline to meet with either a 12pm or 3pm Raft.

- We provide all safety gear, you bring comfortable weather-appropriate
clothing and covered footwear. You will also need to bring a swimsuit and
towel for the Rafting.
- Allow 5 hours
- Age limit: 10 years and above. Those under 15 must have an adult accompany
them.
- Weight limit: 130kg
- Child Age: 10-12, Those ages between 10-12 will do the grade 3 section of
the Kaituna river (ie half trip) as you have to be 13 to run the full Kaituna
river trip.
- Adult Age: 13 and over.
- All zipliners will need to be able to walk about 400m through the forest on
the boardwalks.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to take those that are pregnant or those with
certain medical conditions. If you have any questions regarding this, please
get in contact.

Get ready for an epic day combining two of Rotorua’s best adventures—soaring
through treetops and over waterfalls on the zipline, and tackling the
thrilling rapids of the Kaituna River.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Arrival time: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure to check in and get geared up for both activities.
- What to wear: For ziplining, wear covered footwear and dress for the weather. For rafting, bring swimwear and a towel—we’ll provide wetsuits, booties, helmets, and all safety gear.
- Allow 5 hours: This includes gearing up, ziplining, rafting, and some time to relax in between.
- Facilities: Free lockers are available for your belongings.
Feeling a bit nervous? Kia kaha – be strong! Our expert guides are
highly experienced and know every inch of the zipline course and river.
They’ll ensure you feel confident, safe, and ready to fully enjoy each
adventure.
Safety Information: The Zip & Raft Combo includes adventure activities
with inherent risks. Ziplining involves heights, high speeds, and Rotorua’s
ever-changing weather. Rafting comes with river hazards, rapids, and the
excitement of a waterfall descent. We follow strict safety protocols, but some
risks, like sudden weather changes, slips on platforms, and occasional raft
flips, are part of the experience. By joining us, you acknowledge these risks
and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by your guides.
Important: If you have any medical conditions or weigh over 130kg,
please call us in advance.
