Our Local chef and his team became popular among locals when they helmed the kitchen at the ideally located Kaiku restaurant in the fishermen’s neighbourhood of La Barceloneta, facing the sea, where they debuted his invention for giving his rices an irresistible smoky aroma, The Vulcano. Reception with a cava glass at our rooftop in a very hip loft space in the creative industry district of Poble Nou, with a unique terrace facing the Villa Olimpica skyline, as part of the Viator's Experiences. Then a brief explanation of the traditional rice dish, We will start by preparing the broth, cutting all the vegetables and preparing the seafood. Once it's up and running we will start with the prep of the famous sangria. Once the rice is finished we will eat it on our rooftop terrace enjoying the Barcelona view, For dessert, we will prepare an amazing Catalan Cream to end the experience.
