Visit the Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station located on the mountainside of Mount Fuji, at an elevation of 2305 meters. For hot spring baths, we provide a pick-up service and will send you to the hot spring baths of Konohana no Yu, newly opened at the end of 2019. The name of the hot spring is inspired by the goddess 'Konohanasakuya-hime' enshrined in Mount Fuji and Fuji Sengen Taisha. The hot spring offers a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji, exclusive high-quality hot spring from its own source, where you can enjoy a large open-air bath while marveling at Mount Fuji. Hot Spring bath is not included in the booking and a fee is applicable.

This package does not accept individual registration for customers under the age of 18. If you want to register, please make a reservation with your guardian.
This itinerary is a shared tour. Customers who participate in this tour must abide by the stay time of each scenic spot and follow the arrangement of the staff. -If you wish to have a flexible itinerary, please refer to our chartered travel service.
If you do not participate or cancel the trip due to personal reasons, lateness and other reasons, no refund will be provided.
During the tour, if you leave the group on your own, the transaction will be deemed invalid and no fee will be refunded. And if it leads to loss of property or impact on personal safety, the consequences must be borne by yourself.

Since the Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station is not accessible in winter, we will go to Arakurayama Sengen Park from December 1st to April 25th.
One piece of luggage per person is allowed free of charge, and the size is not limited (please note when registering).
Free for children aged 0-2 without occupying a seat; children aged 3 and above are charged the same as adults.
If the number of children under the age of 3 who do not occupy a seat is not informed in advance, resulting in insufficient space in the car, they may be refused to board and the fees will not be refunded.
Chauffeur service fee (premium small group of 1-13 people; bus group of 14-45 people, the actual number will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group on the day).

A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 4 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 4 days before the date of selection.

Is not like what is offer. I pay for door to door pick up but I still have to go to meeting point. And bot get refund for the balance.
The tour guide, Terri is great. Hats off to Pelago’s customer services team for the prompt reply and priority over my issue. Something that Pelago and experience providers need to improve: 1. False advertising - It is stated we will be heading to Mt Fuji 5th station, Sengen Park, etc. However, I just realised we are only heading to Sengen Park because we can’t visit Mt Fuji 5th station. It will be great to even provide a fixed schedule at Pelago website, subject to change due to weather conditions. 2. Communication - Itinerary is not communicated in advance. I had to email Pelago and they have to wait for experience providers to respond. Ended up itinerary is only received 8.30pm the day before the trip.
