Tour Important Info

• The vehicle for joined tour may vary depending on the number of guests making reservations on the day of the tour. -
• Refunds will not be provided for missed departures by latecomers. 
• Refunds will not be given for customer refuses to participate any part of tour itinerary.
• The itinerary is subject to change according to traffic conditions and circumstances on the day of travel. 
• We recommend wearing your swimsuit in advance before starting the tour to avoid the changing room inconvenience. 
• Please be aware of your personal health limitations and engage in activities only within those limits. 
• It is important to follow the instructions of the local facilitator to ensure the safe execution of all marine sports activities. 
• The tour takes place at Tawaen Beach on Coral Island, but it may be changed depending on weather or sea conditions. It can be replaced by other beaches depending on weather conditions or sea conditions. 
• Travelers above 60 years old cannot participate in this tour due to the insurance coverage.
  

Child Policy

• Height restriction: Participants must be over 120 cm tall to participate in water sports activities.

Water Activities

• Speedboat: Please always wear a life jacket and do not stand up while the speedboat is moving. If you feel motion sickness or back pain, please move to the back seat.
• Due to weather conditions and safety concerns, individuals who are under 16 years old or over 60 years old are advised to consider the potential risks of participating in watersports activities at the site. It is recommended that they use their judgment and choose to refrain from engaging in water activities. In such cases, a partial refund may be provided.
• Exercise caution when joining the parasailing activity. You will be required to run for take off, as this reduces the risk of injury.
• You will not be allowed to participate in the parasailing activity if you have recently undergone surgery.
• The weight limit for parasailing is 100 kg. Please note that this activity imposes strict rules and restrictions, and you may not be allowed to participate even if you are under the weight limit.
• Banana boat: Avoid placing your hands through the handles or towing harness, especially while the banana boat is turning. Always maintain a sufficient distance from other boats, swimmers, and other obstacles.
• Jet ski: For safety reasons, always ride a jet ski with a guide. Please note that without guide supervision, insurance will not cover for accidents and major repair costs.
• Participating in marine sports activities carries inherent risks, including accidents, property damage, and personal injury. You are solely responsible for all consequences of joining such activities, and all marine sports operators, your tour operator and any other associated individual or company shall not be held responsible.
• Only children who are 120 cm or taller are allowed to participate in marine sports activities.
