Good To Know
Ticket valid on selected date and time only.
The ticket is valid for all nationalities.
Minimum renter age is 21 years.
Must hold a valid Thai driving license / international driving license or a driving license from a renter's country of residence (with an English translation). Must hold Passport/I.D. Card (Thai Residence only).
Must have valid credit card for deposit amount THB 5,000. The deposit will be refunded when rental is completed.
Excess Charge for Damage & Loss: 5,000 THB maximum deductible charge per case applied in the event of non-recoverable damage or loss from vehicle stolen.
All Rented vehicles are currently not permitted outside the Kingdom of Thailand.
Minimum rental period is one day that is calculated as a 24 hour period from the picked up time.
All rental vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel. Fuel used is renter's responsibility. Fuel missing will be charge at Refueling standard rate.
No charge is made for additional drivers, however, they must be nominated and have their names entered on the rental agreement at the time of rental. (For Third additional drivers have fee THB 161/day)
Chic car rent reserves the right to deny the extended rental without prior notice.

Super Damage Waiver (SCDW) (When purchased this at the time of picking up the car)
All Benefits in Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Fixed excess amount of ZERO Baht in the event of damage from accident.
SCDW will not cover loss or theft to the rental vehicle, Fix excess amount of 53,500 Baht in the event of total loss, loss or theft to the rental vehicle.
SCDW, CDW will not cover lost / damage on tires, spare tires and windshields.

Damage Coverage on the rental vehicle with fixed excess amount 5,350 Baht per
Accident / Event when you are at fault or could not identify the third party involved in any accident damage.
