Make Sure you have purchased a data package via AIRSIM App before use.
The balance in the AIRSIM account can be used to purchase data and voice packages in App. The AIRISM account has 1 year validity after first registration in AIRSIM App. The expiry date will be extended 1 year automatically from the data of every purchase of data package or top-up.
Except for 24/48 Hours Data Package, the daily data usage time is from Singapore time (GMT+8) 00:00:00 to 23:59:59. There is no pro-rata calculation regardless of the activation time of data service. 24/48 hours Data Package is a continuous 24/48 Hours session starting from service activation.
If you have purchase fixed GB data package, upon usage finished, you can buy a new package from the AIRSIM App and use instantly. Upon purchased of a new package on the App, please go to “Valid Package”, select “Use New Package”. Then follow the instructions as indicated by dialing 00001 from your mobile (call failed in normal), the new package will be activated within 3 minutes.
AIRSIM only works on unlocked mobile phones and tablets, but not on pocket WIFI device (MIFI). You can do Tethering to share the data service.
Fair Use Policy (FUP) applies in many overseas mobile operators. We recommend that you use free WIFI for tasks that require high data usage.
