Reminders
A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
Wearing suitable hiking shoes and comfortable clothing is recommended
Zip Borneo is closed on Mondays
Bringing of sunblock, insect repellent, drinking water, raincoat, towel, extra set of clothes, plastic bag, sandals, and a camera is recommended
The time mentioned in the itinerary is an estimation. It will be adjusted accordingly to the road conditions and other factors
Set lunch will be provided for tour less than 16 pax; buffet lunch will be provided for tour more than 16 pax.
Guest under 12 years old, weight under 30 kg or over 120kg are not allowed to experience Zip Borneo due to safety concern.
Travelers will be informed of the exact hotel pickup time 1 day prior to departure. Please note that requests for certain pickup times will not be granted
Transfers to or from hotels located in Tuaran will incur the following fees: 1–3 people: RM15/person; 4 or more: RM10/person. Transfers to or from hotels located in Kinarut will incur the following fee: 1–6 people: RM30/person; 7 or more: RM15/person. All transfer fees are one-way to be paid directly to the driver.
