Misleading package: I was informed only one day before that I had to pay extra money to include a trip to Hoi An in my schedule, despite Hoi An being explicitly included in the booking highlights of this package. The operator got in touch with me one day before the experience to confirm my schedule, and then told me that the Hoi An inclusion was only a general description for charter car rental service, and each package will have its own details. I find that extremely misleading as no where in the booking page, or under the different packages stated this information. I also booked the 12 hour package to include enough time for Hoi An and Bana Hills in my schedule. This whole experience came across as extremely misleading to me, and I was disappointed to find this level of service standards under Pelago, which is operated by Singapore Airlines. The vendor offered me the option to cancel the booking with a full refund. However, with less than 24 hours, we really did not want to go through the hassle of searching for a new service provider while we were already on vacation. Giving this a 2 star rating only because the driver was kind.
