Highlights

Cha soba uses traditional sencha-style tea in combination with classic buckwheat soba noodles to make a unique meal commonly eaten for special occasions. Use top-quality tea powder to make your noodles as you learn about the deep cultural history of the dish. Learn the special etiquette used when eating cha soba then sit down to try it out for yourself. Relax and enjoy a satisfying meal as full of history as it is flavor in an authentic Japanese tea house.

Please note that guests with buckwheat allergies cannot participate in this experience.
Experience includes eating time, which can vary about twenty minutes depending on the group.

Please note that the location is about 1 hour from Kyoto Station by train and bus.
Please notify your host if you are late. Guests who are more than 15 minutes late will not be able to participate in the experience.
