— Itinerary —
7:00 am–8:00 am: Minivan pick-up service from hotels in Pattaya for guests
9:00 am–9:30 am: Arrive at Ban Phe Pier
10:00 am–10:30 am: Arrive at Sai Kaew Beach, Koh Samet. Enjoy free time until lunch
12:00 pm–1:00 pm: Enjoy a delicious lunch and seasonal fruits
2:00 pm–4:00 pm: Spend the afternoon playing, relaxing, or sunbathing on the beautiful beach or in the clear seawater
4:00 pm–4:30 pm: Return to Ban Phe Pier
6:00 pm: Return to your hotel in Pattaya

- Please ensure that you wear a life jacket at all times while boarding the boat
- Avoid climbing rocks and be cautious of jellyfish and sea urchins
- Participants of all ages with good health and mobility are welcome to join
- We recommend bringing a towel, sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, swimsuit, and a change of clothes
- Please do not bring any valuable items with you. If you do, you will be solely responsible for any loss or damages incurred
- During the sea trip, please follow the instructions of our guide and staff, wear your life jacket at all times, and do not walk around the cabin while the boat is in motion
- Before booking, contact customer service to confirm your hotel's pick-up eligibility and availability. Only book once both are confirmed
- After checking into your hotel, provide your room number and valid contact information. Please arrive on time at the hotel lobby; the driver can only wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. Failure to arrive on time will be considered a voluntary cancellation with no changes or refunds allowed
- As this trip involves carpooling, the pick-up time is an estimate and may vary due to traffic conditions and the punctuality of individual guests. If the driver has not picked you up at the scheduled time, please contact our customer service to confirm the time
- As the insurance provided is 'travel accident insurance,' please promptly inform the guide or contact our customer service if you are injured during the trip. We need to notify the insurance company and arrange for your medical treatment. If you contact us after leaving the scene, returning to the hotel, or seeking treatment before reaching out to us, the insurance company may reject the claim, and you may lose the protection you deserve. We will not be responsible for any of these circumstances.
