The Jewish tour of Recife and Olinda is a very special experience for those interested in learning more about the presence of Jews and New Christians in Recife, Pernambuco, in the 16th and 17th centuries.
The historian guide will take the traveler to see the main landmarks of the Jewish presence in Brazil. The traveler will learn about the Brazilian colonial economy, the socio-religious culture of the Brazilian people and the European wars that brought Portuguese Jews from Holland during the 17th century.
