Pick up your tickets at Piazzale degli Uffizi, 50122 Florence FI, Italy. You can pick up your tickets at door #3 and then enter the gallery through door #1
For any information or further help regarding tickets and the audio guide, please get in touch with the assistants at the corner of Piazzale degli Uffizi and Via Lambertesca, in front of the Benvenuto Cellini statue. Look for the person with the yellow bib marked ACCORD

The 5-day pass is valid from the time you choose for the Uffizi Gallery visit
Only the Uffizi Gallery has a date and time that you have chosen and must adhere to. For the other attractions, you have 5 days to visit them without any specific time constraints
You will receive the link to the mobile audio guide app in a WhatsApp message at least one day ahead
