It was much better than I had expected. The ride was not as bumpy as mentioned by some other passengers. It was a little noisy but we were OK with it. The toilet was clean and the staff members were friendly and helpful. The lounge at Sapa station was cozy and convenient for travellers like us. We highly recommend Chapa Express Train.

Good To Know
1. For Sapaly Express:
Children under 6 years old: Free ticket (sharing bed with parents, maximum 1 child/ 1 adult).
Children from 6 years old: standard ticket rate applies.
2. For Chapa Express:
Children under 5 years old and under 112 cm in height can share a bed with their parents, without having to buy tickets (1 child/cabin, maximum 2 children/group from 12 guests).
Children from 5 years old to 10 years old and height from 112 cm must buy tickets, get 50% discount (Maximum 02 children/group from 12 guest).
Children 11 years old and above 112 cm in height must purchase a full ticket.
Please prepare a valid ID to be verified during the ticket check-in process.
Arrive at the station 60 minutes before your scheduled departure to exchange your voucher for a physical ticket.
This vehicle is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible.
Each cabin can fit 1-4 persons.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.
