Great! Good experience.
Lovely visit with a touch of thrill & close proximity to animals in a Balinese setting.
The booking was extremely easy except that I had problems with trying to utilise my krisflyer points to offset the purchase. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the experience as a family. We didn't do the whole Safari. I think it was too wide to complete. The tram experience was one-off a kind, you could go up close with the animals and see them in their natural habitat, which is quite unlike Singapore. I would 10/10 recommend everyone to go on the "feed the predator" journey which costs 275K per pax regardless adult or child. It was fantastic to be able to feed Tiger and Lion their snacks. Such magnificent animals and for a change, we're in the cage instead of them. Also, have lunch at the Tavern Lion where you could literally dine with Lion lazing right outside the house. The zookeepers were all well quipped in speaking in English/Bahasa. Food was ok and clean as well. Toilets were also very clean. Surprisingly, there aren't that many tourist here, which probably explains why the tickets at $55 per pax. Gosh. But still, I'd pay for it!
Booking process was smooth. No queues once we arrived to collect our passes. We got there at 9.45 and after a short 2 min bus and 8 min walk you get to the first (of three) shows. We then took the Safari drive. Plenty of shade and places to get food and drink. The experience was good overall.
