• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). .
  
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.

• Free pick-and-drop is available in the Mactannae area.
  - Areas where pick-and-drop is not available: Cebu City, Marigondon, Cordoba, near the airport (if you want, we will call Grab)
  - Pick-up area may change at any time. Please inquire.
  ※ Pick-up/drop-off locations cannot be changed 3 days prior to the use date.
• Pick-up is possible from hotels/shopping malls/residences/guesthouses, etc., but in some places, pickup/drop-off may be at nearby hotels or shopping malls.

• Please arrive at the pick-up location 10 minutes before the pick-up time.

• Operating hours: Open 24 hours
• Reservation time: Reservations are made in hourly increments (reservations can be made on the hour from 00:00 to 23:00)
  * In the case of the welcome pack, only the 10 AM massage is available.
• Age criteria: Adult - 12 years or older / Child - 48 months or older ~ 11 years or older
• Please understand that massage is available for ages 48 months and older.
• Just as each person's tastes are different, the intensity of the therapist's massage may also vary. When giving a massage, please request that the intensity be adjusted to suit your preference.
• Please understand that it is difficult to make a massage reservation for pregnant women, those with disc problems, or those with physical stress such as spinal or back pain, and reservations may be canceled on site.
• If you would like a babysitter at the massage shop, please receive a KakaoTalk message one day before the day of use and request a babysitter through KakaoTalk. Please pay the sitter fee locally.
