[Reservation Information]

• Private tours depart with a minimum of 2 people.
  
• The minimum number of participants for a joint tour is 6, and the tour may be cancelled if the number of participants is not met up to 1 day before departure.
  
• Infants (under 2 years old) are free of charge, but no separate seat is assigned.​
  
• If departure is not possible due to not meeting the minimum number of participants, we will contact you individually to inform you of schedule changes or cancellations.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.​
  
• If the name of the person who made the hotel reservation is different from the name of the person who made the tour reservation, there may be a problem with the pick-up. (Please enter the English names of all hotel guests and all tour participants as the English names on their passports.)
  
• Additional charges may apply for hotel pick-up in some areas. We will notify you in advance if additional charges apply.
  

[Cancellation policy due to bad weather]

• ​Please be sure to include your contact information as it may be cancelled depending on the weather.​
• A little rain will not cancel the tour.
  
• ​If it rains so much that the tour is impossible before the tour, we will contact you. (It is often canceled the day before or on the day.)
  
• If the tour is canceled due to bad weather after the tour has already begun, no full refund will be given.
  
• If you decide not to go, a full refund is not possible.
  

[Other information]

• If you are late for the meeting time, you will be considered a no-show and no refund or change will be possible.
• Due to the nature of the joint product, the pickup/sanding time may be delayed. We cannot accept any complaints or refunds due to this, and we are not responsible for this.
  
• Please understand that the tour itinerary may change without prior notice due to local circumstances.
  
• You cannot use it with a travel carrier or large luggage.
• Tour accident insurance is insurance that applies only to tours.
• Accidents caused by drinking or personal negligence are not covered by insurance.
• Accidents caused by personal illness, not by bodily injury, are not covered by insurance.
• ​As a Thai corporation, it is covered under Thai law and only treatment at local Thai hospitals is covered. (Treatment after returning to Korea is not covered at all.)
