During the experience of about an hour you will be able to discover how fish is smoked, which species live and grow in the waters of the Aosta Valley, but above all you will be able to taste various smoked freshwater fish such as salmon trout, rainbow trout and char accompanied by an excellent classic Aosta Valley method. Get ready for a unique culinary experience in the whole Aosta Valley
