Must Know
Customers must redeem the activation code and personalize the card, after that no other validation is needed
After the code has been redeemed, cancellation is no longer possible
Pre Purchase
One child under the age of 15 or a dog travels free with each Vienna City Card ticket holder
The journey to and from the airport is not included
Usage
Customers receive a 12-digit voucher code when booking, which they must enter on the [VCC website](http://www.viennacitycard.at), in order to personalize the ticket and select the desired option:
Print-at-Home Ticket (must be printed in original size): The PDF will be sent to the customer by email
Mobile app ticket: the activation code for the mobile app ticket will be sent to the customer by e-mail and must be entered in the IVIE app
If customers have an IVIE app on their phone, they can enter the 12-digit voucher code directly into the IVIE app and redeem the code.
