Upon receiving your booking we will send you confirmation text or email.

Within 24hr of pickup we will send you a follow up email or text with thorough instructions in regards to the meeting point/ pickup location.

Upon collecting luggage/ clearing customs either send us a text or call us on our toll free number and proceed to meet up point. We will then meet you at the meet up point.
