• In remote areas, such as the airport, Disneyland, Discovery Bay, Lok Ma Chau, Sha Tau Kok, Tai O/Ngong Ping, Ma Wan, Mui Wo, Tung Chung, and suburban areas in various districts, merchants will contact customers to collect additional shipping costs
• Delivery service is not available in the following areas: Restricted Area, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Sha Tau Kok, Man Kam To, Disneyland, Stanley, Shek O, Ocean Park, Outlying Islands, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Ping Chau, Lamma Island, Hei Ling Chau, Chi Chi Wan, Tai O, Ngong Ping, Po Toi Island, Sai Kung Restricted Area, Wong Shek Pier, Kat O, Tap Mun, and other related areas
• The displayed delivery time is only an estimate. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our and/or the logistics provider's control, including product quantity, distance, peak hours, weather, traffic conditions, etc
• Unless specified otherwise, the delivery of products ("Products") will be managed by a third-party supplier ("Logistics Provider"), and your information will be shared with the Logistics Provider for the purpose of arranging delivery
• If the delivery location is a commercial building, club, yacht club, etc., kindly coordinate with the reception desk beforehand regarding the order's arrival time and delivery person information. • Guests must ensure someone is available to receive the food during the designated delivery time. If the delivery driver is unable to contact the customer after multiple attempts during the delivery time or 15 minutes after arrival, the delivery driver has the right to: (1) Deliver the food and leave it in the lobby or management office (if any), (2) charge a waiting fee of HK$10–15 every 5 minutes based on the logistics platform's fee schedule (e.g., Lalamove/GOGOX), and the platform will charge the waiting fee to the guest after settlement; (3) If the food is withdrawn from the merchant, KKday has the right to charge shipping costs to the customer, and the merchant will not provide any compensation or remake the food
• If the delivery location is a paid parking lot, the driver has the right not to enter the parking lot and also reserves the right to ask you to go to a nearby location to pick up the goods

Notes on "Ground Delivery":

• The delivery driver won't enter the lobby and will deliver to a location accessible by the vehicle. The driver will contact you upon approaching. If parking isn't feasible, the driver may ask you to pick up the goods near the nearest available parking location

• Delivery does not include stair service.
