Learn how to perfectly bake any French pastry classics in Clément's professional kitchen in the beautiful market of Versailles! An experienced pastry chef will teach you how to make macarons, a perfect "feuilletage", the most beautiful croissants or pains au chocolat, meringues, impressive entremets, éclairs and many more! Feel free to ask to learn any pastry! Your host will also share many stories about Versailles, the history of French pastries and explain the artisanal products used. There's also the option to join the chef in the market (voted prettiest one in France) before the cooking class to discover this often unknown gem. NB: depending on the pastries you make, the duration of the class might vary
