Upon arrival at Puerto Princesa Airport, please head to the exit door of the terminal building. From the exit, you'll see the fetcher's area where you driver will be waiting for you. Once you have identified your driver, meet-up with him so he can bring you to your hotel in Puerto Princesa, Port Barton, or El Nido.

Kindly take note that your driver will only wait for you up to 30 minutes past your ETA. If your flight has changed, or you're experiencing flight delays, please inform us as soon as possible so we can notify your driver, otherwise your service will be forfeited.
