This was a fantastic class! Well organized and professional. Starting out at the market was my favorite part, and Niti did a great job showing us around and explains the various ingredients. She also mixed in lots of cultural information enriching our experience. Back at the cooking studio, the setup was intimate and well laid out. Pacing was relaxed yet we managed to create many, many dishes. This class is highly recommended.
