Pleasant experience !
Consider quite expensive. Have to pay additional for the kids pool and chargeable for slides and baby pool after entering this kids pool.
Need to exchange this pass at the counter for a qr tag wrist band. Staff are not so friendly - perhaps too many tourists and they are frustrated. Spa is huge but can be overwhelming as the signages are not clear. In Japan, you usually get some towels after paying or checking in. But this spa is different. The towels and clothes are available inside and unlimited. So you don’t need to get them from the counters. This was not mentioned when I checked in. So I asked the counter staff inside the male changing room and the young chap appeared irritated and unfriendly. Interesting spa though with European and Asia style interchange at times between male and female onsen.
