Elena lives in a modern home with stunning panoramic sea views of the Irish Sea in Skerries, a former fishing village. Join her at her dining table and enjoy a healthy, gourmet meal that combines Romanian, local Irish and international cuisine! Your menu includes dishes such as traditional Irish beef stew cooked in Guinness with brown bread, Romanian beetroot soup with lovage and creme fraiche, and grilled sea bass on a bed of creamy mash and garlic spinach served with beer or wine.
