Munich: Oktoberfest evening table reservation in the large beer tent

Oktoberfest 2025: Sept. 20 – Oct. 5 in Munich Time: Evening Reservation from 4/5 Pm till 10:30pm Meet your guide and walk to the Oktoberfest grounds, stopping for photos at the entrance to capture the vibrant atmosphere of the festival. Enjoy a reserved table in one of the iconic beer tents, such as Paulaner or Hofbräu, for your table up to 10 people. Your reservation incl. 2 liters of beer (or non-alcoholic drinks) and half a roast chicken (vegy. option available).
To avoid misunderstandings—of which we had several at Oktoberfest 2024, as reflected in some reviews—we have outlined key rules and guidelines for better understanding. Some guests think a table reservation is the same as booking in a regular restaurant, but this is not the case.

Punctuality: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in losing your table.
Table Sharing: If fewer than 10 people are booked, others may be seated with you.
Tipping: A service fee of €1.50 per voucher is to be paid, plus a €0.50 tip
