I was able to book the tickets to visit the next day. Instructions on redemption was clear. Present the QR code at the ticketing counter for a physical tickets. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and had sufficient time to visit the attraction. Do check the opening hours ahead of your visit!
Couldn't make the venue because of illness, Pelego were less than sympathetic when asked to change the dates, I wouldn't use Pelego again.
