Arrival in Hanoi (Times are approximate.[Guests heading directly to the airport after the tour] If you have a late-night flight, you can check out of the hotel before departure and continue the tour with your luggage (you can leave your luggage on the bus). On the way back, since it is far from the airport, you will arrive at AEON Mall Long Bien around 20:00-20:15, and it will take about 35 minutes by taxi from there to the airport. Halong Bay cruises may be cancelled due to local weather and conditions.
⑴ If the flight is cancelled the day before or the morning of the departure date, before the hotel pick-up, we will change the itinerary to a sightseeing trip to Trang An, Hoa Lu, and Hang Mua Cave. In this case, we will contact you by email.
⑵If the bus is cancelled after departing from Hanoi, we will change the tour to a visit to Ha Long Market after lunch on the cruise ship. Please note that we cannot provide refunds due to cancellations.
