1. WHY DO TICKET PRICES CHANGE DEPENDING ON THE DAY?

• This year, we have introduced flexible pricing with varying ticket prices for off-peak, standard, and peak days, making the AIA Carnival more affordable for everyone to join in on the fun.

2. WHAT DOES OFF-PEAK, STANDARD, AND PEAK DAY MEAN?

• Standard days are our regular carnival days, whereas off-peak days are specially selected days where you can come along to the AIA Carnival for a more affordable price. On public holidays and special celebration days, like Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, or Chinese New Year, we will be ramping up our activations to bring even more excitement to the festivities. These are our peak days - expect the fun to be bursting at the seams!

3. WHAT ARE BLACKOUT DAYS?

• There are a couple days when we will be closed to the public for private events. But don’t worry. The AIA Carnival will reopen to the public again the next day.

4. IF I BOUGHT MY TICKET ONLINE, HOW DO I ACCESS THE CARNIVAL?

• Once you have completed a ticket purchase transaction, your ticket will be emailed to your nominated email address. Present this ticket at the carnival entrance on the date printed on your ticket to enter the AIA Carnival.

5. What are game tokens and why are they needed?

• Tokens are the currency of the carnival. Once you enter AIA Carnival, tokens allow you to play games easily. You can also use tokens to purchase food and drinks on site.

6. If I run out of tokens, would it be possible to buy them again at the
carnival?
