    Enjoy a convenient pick-up from your hotel in Kota Kinabalu area (actual time subject to hotel location)

  • 06:00

    Arrive at Tanjung Aru. Listen to a briefing by a professional instructor before starting your SUP journey

  • 06:30

    Paddle to enjoy the sun rising on top of Kinabalu Mountain

  • 07:30

    Paddle back to the beach and get changed

  • 08:15

    Proceed to Kiulu for another adventure

  • 09:30

    Gather at the meeting point for everyone, including self-driven guests

  • 09:45

    Once you arrive at the Kiulu rafting starting point, a safety briefing will be conducted by a professional river guide

  • 10:00

    Your white water rafting begins! The excursion will take about 2 hours to the ending point, depending on the speed and number of stops

  • 12:00

    Arrive at the ending point, freshen up, and sit down for a delicious lunch buffet

  • 13:00

    Enjoy the inclusive return transfer to your hotel in Kota Kinabalu (journey approximately 1.5 hours)

Must bring: Extra cloth after SUP/Rafting session, towel, and extra cash for personal purchase
Anything not stated in the itinerary/written communication is considered as not included and shall be borne by the guest
The driver will wait for guests only 10 minutes from the stated pick-up time (written communication by the operation team to the guest via Whatsapp/email/SMS cut-off time of 9:00 pm a day before the tour commences)
"No Show" will be considered if the guest does not show up at the hotel lobby/arranged meeting point. This will apply to the cancellation policy as a 0% refund
An 80% refund or FREE reschedule will be given if bad weather 1 hour before the activity time. No refund or reschedule will be given during the activity time
The tour is entitled to a postponement only if the weather is not conducive for rafting, and the risk assessment and decision are made by the tour guide/driver/any of the representatives. A new tour date will be decided upon agreement between the guide and guest. If the guest is unable to attend on this new date, no refund will be given (100% cancellation fee apply)
