Must Know
- You must contact Sindo Ferry Customer Service at +65 63314122 or email booking@sindoferry.com.sg for booking reservation at least 3 days before your intended departure date.
- Booking must be reserved with a valid 6-month passport.
- Travellers are entitled to a check-in baggage allowance of up to 20kg each.
- No animals/pets, foul-smelling items, or dangerous goods (explosives, firearms, drugs, inflammable material) are allowed on board.
- Travellers are required to declare their arrival information via "AllIndonesia Mobile apps" or online https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id, up to 3 days before entering Indonesia (effective 1-Sept-25).
- Travellers shall comply with all travel and immigration requirements, such as Visa, health, and/or permit application (if applicable) at their own cost and responsibility.
- Seats are Subject to Availability.
Eligibility
- Open to all nationalities.
- Adult ticket is required for all passengers aged 0–99 years old.
- Booking must be reserved with a valid 6 months passport.
Child Policy
- All travelers including infants need a valid ticket.
- Infants (0–2 years) require an ADULT ticket.

Cancellation Policy

Great and easy booking experience with pelago. no additional steps needed at the ferry terminal.
Response is swift regarding booking of ferry tixs. After that is just pack and go.
Booked a ferry for 2pm and was given 6am without a choice. Customer service did not allow for a refund as I have “accepted” a timing with the service provider. The booking should not have even been accepted by the system from the start if there wasn’t an available time slot at the indicated time.
