For airport transfers: In the case of international arrivals, the driver will be waiting and displaying a sign with your name just outside Gate 2. For domestic arrivals, the driver will wait and display a name sign inside Gate 1. Surcharge of THB 250 for airport pickups
For hotel transfers: Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.

The provider Watsapp a day before to inform of drivers details and where to meet. Contacted us upon arrival and picked us up puncturely. Brought us to where we wanted to go based on our itinerary and wanted for us patiently. Enjoyed the ride and his service.
The driver (Ahmad) is very punctual and can give good recommendations on eating places, shopping and activities.
Driver was prompt and responsive.
We made the booking for 10am on Pelago, and the service provider was very prompt to email us and ask for our itinerary and personal particulars for insurance application. I had requested to change our pickup to 8.30am to start our day earlier about one week before the day, and the service provider confirmed, but on the day the driver told us he was not informed of the change when we called him at 8.30am. He did rush down to pick us up at 9.30am and was very friendly and helpful throughout the day. Slightly disappointed by the delay due to the miscommunication, but still enjoyed our day out nonetheless. Make sure you double check the pickup time with the driver himself once you get his contact from the service provider!
Driver was nice and polite, bringing us to all the locations we stated. We used google translate to communicate as he didnt seem to converse in English despite requesting for one. Do also note that a pick up from airport would require a 250thb surcharge payable in cash. I had to separately verify this arrangement with Pelago on its authenticity. Gauge your time accordingly as they followed my given timing quite strictly - so if your flight lands early you may have to wait around for them. Nonetheless this is a cost effective option as compared to what you'd be quoted locally. Van is very spacious and comfortable as well. Still recommended nonetheless!
It would have been great if the fiasco about additional charges did not happen.
