At the church's Hoya Cheese Factory, we offer you the experience of a workshop to make a fresh cheese with goat's milk in a traditional way with your own hands.
Next, we will enjoy a guided tasting of delicious cheeses along with a selection of cave-aged cheeses. The experience will take place in one of its 3 caves. All of them maintain a temperature of between 12 and 15 degrees constant all year round, with a humidity of around 90%. The duration of the workshop with tasting will be approximately 1.5 hours, 45 minutes corresponding to the production workshop, and 45 minutes to the guided tasting.
