About the Service

1. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your reservation time. Late arrivals will have their session time reduced, and reservations will be canceled if more than 15 minutes late (no refunds).

2. If your desired reservation date is unavailable, the CS Team will contact you via email in advance.

3. The service does not include makeup and hair. We have a self-service makeup and hair area, please come 15-20 minutes early to prepare.

About Makeup and Hair

1. The service does not include makeup and hair. Please arrive with your hair and makeup done or use our self-service area with basic products.

2. If your hair color is uneven or you have roots showing, we recommend correcting your hair color before the session.

3. Avoid cosmetic procedures like eyebrow or eyeliner tattoos a week before the shoot.

About Photography:

• ID Photo

1. Follow guidelines for official ID photos: no colored contacts, no teeth showing, and facial features like eyebrows and ears must be fully visible.

2. For certain official documents like passports, no earrings, necklaces, nose rings, or glasses are allowed.

3. If you need to wear glasses, use clear, non-tinted contact lenses or non-prescription glasses to avoid reflection.

4. For passport photos, it is recommended to wear dark-colored clothing. Avoid off-shoulder, strapless, or spaghetti-strap tops to prevent the appearance of a bare upper body.

• Profile/ Couple Photo

1. Profile Photo: Each session is for one outfit and one background color. If you wish to change outfits or background colors, it will be charged as an additional session. Please inform us in advance when making your reservation.

2. Couple Photo: Since this includes personal shooting and couple shooting, you can bring additional outfits for the second styling.

3. On the day of the shoot, the photographer will discuss your preferred styles and photo usage needs to quickly understand your preferences and capture photos that meet your expectations.

4. If you have any requests or suggestions during the session, please let the photographer know. We are happy to make adjustments to ensure you are satisfied with the results.

• About Photo Retouching

1. 1:1 Photoshop session will be conducted after selecting desired photos from the Photoshoot.

2. The photographer will inform you of the retouching time. Once selected, photos cannot be changed but additional photos can be selected (with add-on charges).

3. Retouching can adjust skin tone, remove blemishes, refine face shape, correct posture, and remove stray hairs. For ID photos, personal features like moles cannot be removed.

4. Retouched digital files will be sent via email. There is no deadline for downloading the files, but it is recommended to back them up as soon as possible.

5. If you do not receive the digital file via email, please call or message us.
