You may install eSIM before travelling (before your flight) or, at your destination when you need it.
To successfully install eSIM, a stable Internet connection is required.
eSIM can only be installed once. Do NOT delete or remove your eSIM from your device after successful installation until end of your trip or selected duration, whichever earlier.
You can have different eSIM plans installed on your device.
Data speed varies depending on the country and location.
If daily data is used up prior to the daily reset then unlimited data on reduced speed of 128 kbps (Messaging Apps) is accessible.
If you encounter any service disruption such as unable to connect to the internet, slow speed, APN settings or any other service disruption after inserting the card, please contact the operator’s customer service at: hello@frewie.com (email) and chat via https://frewie.com, indicating booking details and issue faced.
This is a Data-only eSIM. Calls and texts are not available.
The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage.
Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time.
This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice.
Setting up was easy, and the connection so far is good. Havent got to max out the 15GB, dont think I will ever be able to. ALl is good.
So easy to install absolute breeze. Make sure you note your start day as it is midnight to midnight
Simple & User Friendly. Speed is acceptable. Great to use & will purchase for future travels. Thank You!
It is very easy to use and the internet connection is very stable.
Fast and easy installation for eSim- internet connection good and stable, where areas of 5G is supported, it is fast, some areas still supported by LTE
The initial email with a QR code that was sent to me couldn’t work. Good thing was that the email response was fast, and the team eventually sent me another email with a new code. But I am not sure whether it was a “degraded” plan, as I could not access to 5G. Only 4G. I would reconsider whether to buy from Pelago again, for my next Japan trip.
