Good To Know
This ticket is not valid during special events such as the Osaka Yodogawa Fireworks Festival.
Guests in wheelchairs can use the elevator from the 1st floor of the East Tower to access the upper floors.
In case of bad weather such as storms, access to the rooftop may be restricted.

Visitors are only allowed to enter the observatory once on the day of their visit.
The observatory is open on rainy days, but visitors cannot use umbrellas on the rooftop for safety reasons. The rooftop may also be closed during inclement weather.
Cafe SKY 40 is located on the 40th floor (the observatory) and it supplies all kinds of light food and beverages. Please note that outside food and drinks are not allowed on the rooftop.
Luggage deposit services are not available in the observatory, but coin-operated lockers can be found at Takimikoji (滝見小路) in B1 for your convenience.

The twin escalators are cool but also free to access, purchase this ticket only if you absolutely want to visit the top deck open observatory. It gives an amazing panoramic view of Osaka city.
Great. Booking tickets was a bliss. Also, I booked for another sightseeing but email address was typed wrongly and confirmation never came. Due to that, I arranged other activities and finally the confirmation was sent but I couldn’t utilised it. Pelago was gracious and understanding, they refunded me the fee in view that the tickets were not utilised! Thank you Pelago!
