Age 12 or older (on the date of issue of the exchange certificate or when purchasing a rail pass)
Hold a passport issued by a government other than Japan
Hold status of a residence equivalent to "short-term stay"
Short-term stay is a status of residence stipulated by the Immigration Control Law of Japan
Please go to the green ticket-vending machines and pick up the physical tickets by scanning the QR code of e-ticket and non-Japanese passport. (The operation menus of the machine can be displayed in Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, or Korean.)
