- Service Hours: 24 hours
- Late-night transfer (service begins or ends between 22:00~05:30) is available with a surcharge applied (Pay directly to the driver)
- Tour Guide Options: English / Chinese / Vietnamese
- Service Duration: 4 hours / 8 hours / 12 hours (Duration is the time between the time you wish to be picked up by the driver and when you get dropped off)

[BOOKING GUIDELINES]
- The Time option you select in the package is estimated. Each Time slot refers to a 29 mins period (Example: Time slot 3:00 is counted from 3:00 - 3:29)
- Please confirm the addresses of your preferred pick-up and drop-off points in the "Requests & Remarks" section when booking.
- Please specify the correct number of luggage in the "Requests & Remarks" section when booking; if the luggage and passenger numbers exceed the vehicle capacity, requests for vehicle changes or booking cancellation may incur
[SERVICE-USING GUIDELINES]
- Please contact customer service immediately if there's an unexpected situation. To extend the grace period, the rate varies based on the time period but will be charged by every 30 minutes. The extension request is not guaranteed to be fulfilled as it depends on the pick-up schedule of the day. The extension fee is to be paid to the driver directly on-site.
- Please wait for the driver if you arrive early.
- If you fail to show up within the grace period for airport pick-up, fail to notify the driver in advance, and cannot be reached, the driver will leave and refunds will not be granted.
- Pick-up could be delayed due to force majeure such as traffic, weather, and road accident.

In case you could not see or find the driver, please contact the operator immediately for the assistance via KKday Chat Function or to our Customer Service Department.
Please provide accurate information on the pick-up/drop-off location (hotel name, address, etc). If any issue arises due to incorrect information, you will be regarded as no-show and no refunds will not be granted.
Please wait for the driver if you arrive early. If the driver is late due to force majeure, please wait at the pick-spot. If you leave without notifying the driver, you will be regarded as no-show and no refunds will not be granted.
If any mechanical/technical/unforeseen issues occurred to the vehicle, please note that a replacement vehicle of a similar/higher grade will be dispatched to ensure the trip goes over smoothly.

Changes to the pick-up location/time cannot be made the day before and on the day of the departure, except in the event of force majeure.

One of the worst experience ever. Please do not book this. The provider contacted us and we agreed on an itinerary. 1. First stop was supposed to be a bee farm (see screenshot for mutually agreed itinerary suggested by provider). However, we were brought to a souvenir shop to buy honey instead. Driver spoke no English so we used Google translator to request for a real bee farm. He took around 10-15 mins of our precious time to figure out where to go and how. 2. After the bee farm, we were supposed to go to Rach Vem village followed by starfish beach. Driver seems to be not local as he seems to be unfamiliar with the road, drove on a one way road and got into mini argument with oncoming lorry. 3. The car that was used is a 4 seater sedan car (see attached Foto).The road to Rach Vem was muddy and uneven and thus despite being planned to go to Rach vem in advanced, an appropriate car was not selected by provider. 4. When we reach Rach vem fishing village, we were brought to take a boat ride to the starfish beach and were asked to pay a rip off price of 750000vnd for 3 people. We are unsure why we were brought to the place for boat ride when starfish beach is completely accessible by car. We also saw tourists heading to the starfish beach via car. We didn't want stand in the hot sun to discuss with the driver. The itinerary did not show/provider did not inform that we had to take a boat ride to starfish beach. Feeling annoyed, we informed the driver that we would head to our next stop if we cant go to the beach by car. 5. On the way to the next stop, we drove on the muddy road again and this time asked to get off the car to walk because the car couldn't get pass the muddy road . 6. Eventually we told the driver to skip the 2 temple destinations and drive us back to hotel instead using the Google translator. Driver said ok but drove us to another destination. We repeated we want to go back to hotel but he asked if we wanted to have lunch. Understand that driver was being nice but would appreciate it even more if we quickly could end off the whole 3 hours of unpleasant experience. Was not a pleasant experience overall.
