During this tasting course, you will discover the history of the Bordeaux vineyard and its riches, you will be introduced to the art of wine tasting. You will know everything about the specificities of the largest vineyard in France: its appellations, its soils, its grape varieties, its blends, its classifications,... Your host, for whom the Bordeaux vineyard no longer has any secrets, roams the Châteaux in a 2CV in search of the most beautiful bottles. A professional wine taster trained at the University of Wine, she is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experiences. During this fun experience, you will let yourself be guided by your senses to perceive the finesse of the aromas, trained with "Le Nez du Vin". The 4 red wines that will be offered to you have been carefully selected for their typical expressions of the terroir from which they come, thanks to meetings with passionate winegrowers. We will also share with you the secrets of successful food and wine pairings and suggest pairings with cheese and charcuterie.
