Santhika Yoga Bali is the traditional Balinese yoga, which is not just the system of the movements, but also the philosophy of Life of Bali people. During the class, you will learn theory, practice, meditation and making offerings. At the end of the class, you get the blessing with your own made offerings.

Pranayama lesson. Meditation mantra. 11.00 Blessing with holy water and offerings 16.00 Santhika Yoga Bali theory and philosophy 17.00 Coffee break (includes coffee / tea / herbal drink and Balinese cake) 17.30 Santhika Yoga Bali lesson (pranayama, yoga mantra, Yoga Dance, Balinese offering class) 18.30 Surya Sewana (Sunset meditation) to get the Positive Energy of the sunset. 19.30 Blessing with holy water and offerings
