- Grace period: 30 minutes (airport pick-up) or 15 minutes (city pick-up). Flight delays allow up to 60 minutes waiting time.
- Domestic flights: schedule pick-up 20–40 minutes after landing depending on luggage.

- If exceeding 55 km distance limit, surcharges apply.
- Exceeding luggage capacity: RM15 per additional piece, payable to driver in cash.

Driver Regina was friendly, patient and accommodating. She took the initiative to contact us to ensure the booking and details were confirmed. During the journey, my daughter had to visit the toilet urgently and she made a detour without hesitation. She also provided some recommendations to visit KL. At the end of the journey, she gave the kids some gifts. That was a very sweet and nice gesture from the driver. It was a very pleasant and safe ride. We will engage her again if given the chance.
