During the experience you will learn how to prepare unique delicacies. Orecchiette or troccoli, excellences of Puglia. Our mother will also help you to recommend the ideal sauce to accompany these pasta. In addition, you will knead a typical local pizza called "peasant", a real novelty with a unique flavor. At the end of the course you will return home as a perfect Apulian mother and at the next dinner you will amaze your friends.
