Adult ticket is required for age 17 and above, and are available at the ticket counter
The ticket is valid for MyKad and non-MyKad
With every one (1) paying sibling, free 1 entry for 1 baby below 12 months old. If there are two (2) babies below 12 months old, there should be 2 paying siblings
If there is no accompanying paying sibling, the baby (below 12 months old) will be charged with a toddler's ticket price

- Please purchase your ticket a minimum of 1 day before entering the attraction
- Kindly check with the park on the latest operation times before the redemption
- Outlet operation hours are subject to change without prior notice
- Children are advised to wear long trousers and long-sleeved shirts to minimize bumps and scrapes. Jewellery is worn at your own risk and children wearing eyewear should take particular care
- Remember to play safe, especially around the slides. Wait your turn, wait for a clear landing, and never slide head first, only feet first
- No rough play will be tolerated – this includes pushing, shoving, and wrestling. Warnings will be given when necessary. You or your child may be asked to leave if you pose a threat to any of the guests or members of staff
- No food or drinks are allowed within the play area. Food and drinks are available for purchase at The Restaurant located outside the play area
- Starship Galactica and its surrounding environment is a smoke-free facility. Smoking in or around the play area is strictly prohibited
- Although Starship Galactica takes all measures to provide a safe and hygienic environment, all guests enter and play at their own risk. Any face painting will need to be removed prior to entry for hygiene purposes
- Starship Galactica is not responsible for any loss, stolen, or damaged personal property brought into or stored within the premises
- Starship Galactica is not responsible for any injuries that may occur from unsafe play or inappropriate use of play equipment
