The boats are just the average kind. The staff in general is friendly, while the customer service and organization is at the booking counter is a bit poor. The person on the counter should be someone who can converse English fluently. The trip is very short and there isn't much to see on both sides of the river. The ride at time of the dragon bridge fire on weekends that is 2100 hrs is the only saving grace. They serve you a fruit plate to share and there is a 5 minutes solo dance performance.
